Who are We?
PrimeFit Studio has opened in May 2013. It was created out of love for sports and in search of a place, that every movement enthusiast would call a second home. This philosophy has been with us for a decade.
Pole Dance, Exotic Pole, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Joga, Aerial Hammocks, Aerial Hoop, Pilates, Stretching. Everything in one place!
We are a Club associated with the Association of the Polish Pole Sport Community, the National Governing Body of Pole Sport in Poland, a member of the International Pole Sports Federation (IPSF). Our coaching staff includes a certified IPSF Judge and IPSF Coach.
We started classes in a tiny 40-meter room. In our current place we have two spacious halls equipped with 8 over-four-meters high poles, with different diameters and covers, 6 hoops of different diameters, 6 air hammocks, and two four-meter brass poles for competition rehersals. In our training rooms you will also find stretching and pilates equipment, as well as weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, rollers and other training aid. At your disposal there is a changing room and bathroom with a shower.
What can You Learn?
Our domain are acrobatic sports – pole dance, aerial hoop, hammocks and air yoga. Taking care of the comprehensive development of our pupils, we also conduct complementary classes in stretching, pilates, strength exercises, choreography, and others.
Who will Teach You?
Our instructors have many years of sports experience, are certified trainers, regularly participating in courses and workshops, expanding their knowledge and skills. Additionally, we develop ourselves through countless Pole Dance workshops with national and international athletes and trainers. We take part in national competitions and train competitors taking part in them.
For years, our instructors and students have been taking part in Pole Sport, Pole Art, Exotic competitions. We have coaching and judging qualifications of the most prominent air sports federations. We are a supporting member of the Polish Pole Sport Community (PSPS, member of IPSF), and Polish Pole and Aerial Federation (member of POSA). Each year we work on renewing our qualifications to keep track of the development of our disciplines and prepare competitors for their starts at the highest level.
