Pole Dance

Pole dance is a form of acrobatics on a vertical pole that requires strength and flexibility. It strengthens and tones the body, gives self-confidence and grace in movement. It sculpts muscles without giving it muscular look. The variety of exercises that can be performed with the vertical bar make it hard to get bored with.

Our studio conducts the sports and artistic genre of pole dance trainings, but you will also find Exotic classes at an excellent level. We also run competition trainings for athletes, as pole competitions are getting more popular every year. At the studio we have 8 poles (7 Sun Pole and 1 Kodi Sport) over 4 meters high, and 2 brass Sun Pole competition poles at our second room.

We are affiliated with the Polish Pole Sport Association, the National Pole Sport Managing Body in Poland, a member of the International Pole Sports Federation (IPSF).

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop, also known as Lyra or Circus Wheel, is a suspended hoop, on which the acrobatic sequences are performed.

It is a very eye-catching, elegant sport, common among circus performers, and it requires strength, flexibility and courage. It is an excellent form of exercise for children and adults.

During the classes we use protective mattresses and certified climbing equipment. Each participant of the classes has one wheel at their disposal.

Exotic Pole / Pole Choreo

Dance and choreography class in heels with or without them.

Original choreographies of our instructors combining different styles, floor work, tricks on the floor and more. From hardcore exotic pole to lyric.

The classes are suitable for everyone who has been practicing with pole for a minimum of 2 months.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise aimed at strengthening physical strength, increasing flexibility and balance.

It teaches awareness and control of your body. Thanks to this, it is a method of exercise recommended after injuries and enables a healthy return to fitness.

It allows you to free yourself from the pains caused by a sedentary lifestyle.

Recommended for people of all ages, for all those who want to take care of their fitness, pretty figure and enjoy the physical comfort of life.

Classic Air Joga

Classic air yoga is a combination of yoga, Pilates, strengthening exercises, in a more acrobatic manner. We exercise with a hammock suspended from the ceiling, giving support for exercises on the
floor, and opening endless possibilities for exercises in the air.

Classes end with deep relaxation, allowing you to unwind from everyday stress.

Class is open for all levels, regardless of physical condition. The hammock can be used as a tool to relieve or elevate difficulty level of exercise.

Stretching

Why is stretching so beneficial? In addition to the obvious improvement in flexibility, it brings improved in joint mobility (you can comfortably scratch your back), it eliminates muscle contractures and pain related to them, relaxes body and helps to get rid of the tension effects of stress, improves proper breathing.

Classes are suitable for everyone, at all levels.

In our methods we use mobility techniques, anatomy and physiology knowledge, as well as gymnastic and acrobatic elements, always adapted to the level of each student.

Flexy Pole

Training sessions to prepare for figures with the necessary flexibility. The focus of the classes is mainly on exercises to increase the range of movement and stretching in order to safely perform complex bending on the tube.

The programme is prepared primarily for people who do not yet have the right conditions for extreme bending, but want to work on them.

Pole Power

Strengthening trainings and preparation for strength tricks on the pole – deadlift from various grips, flags, planks in the air.

The exercises are aimed at strengthening the muscle corset, activating the deep muscles and large muscle groups responsible for the power elements on the pole.Anyone can join these classes.

Aerial Acro Hammock

In these exciting classes you will strengthen yourself, feel your balance and learn fluidity of motion. Classes are based on acrobatics, static and dynamic elements, on air hammocks suspended from the ceiling.

It develops flexibility, strength, dynamics and orientation in space. The sequences of acrobatics fall into a beautiful dance in the air.

Classes for Kids

Pole Sport / Aerial Hoop Kids / Acro Hammocks Kids

General development classes, based on gymnastic elements, flexibility and aerial dance. We work on improvement of motor skills, balance, strength, stretching, musicality, using poles, aerial hoops or air
hammocks. 

Small groups provide an individual approach to each participant, and classes are conducted by trainers experienced in working with children in a child-friendly atmosphere, with elements of movement games.
